From Musubi Dachi

Step forward with the right leg 45 degrees into Zenkutsu Dachi, at the same time clasp the left hand around the right fist whilst pulling the right hand into chamber position.

 

Bringing the left leg into Musubi Dachi as you turn 135 degrees to the left, pull the hands strongly from right hand side of the body to the left hand side of the body. The head up to this point is in line with the body.

Slide the left leg back into Shiko Dachi whilst looking to the front, palm down with the left hand and strike Jodan Uraken with the right.

     

     

Repeat sequence to the left and then again to the right. 

   

From Shiko Dachi slide the left foot in an arc until the left heel is in line with the toes of the right foot, turn the head to the right. Perform a right Gedan Shotei Barai and a left Chudan Sukui Uke then slide the right foot into the left and then a right Hiza Geri

Immediately follow with a right Chudan Mae Geri.

   

Look to the left and take a large step to the right, repeat mirror of previous moves. 

From the kick step back into Zenkutsu Dachi and the perform Morote Zuki followed by Morote Gedan Uchi with the fist over lead leg. 

     

Turning 180 degrees into Zenkutsu Dachi and repeat hand sequence above. 

 

Looking over the right shoulder perform a Tettsui Uchi with the right hand while stamping with the right foot into Heiko Dachi. Pulling the right arm back perform a left Ura Zuki. Ki-ai on the focus of the Tettsui Uchi.

   

Look over the left shoulder and repeat the above moves. 

Pivoting to the left step the right leg forward into right Hans Zenkutsu Dachi. and punch left  Jodan Gyaku Zuki. 

Slide the left foot a large step forward and turn 180 degrees pivoting on the left foot into right Neko Ashi Dachi and strike right Haito Uchi pulling the left hand to the side, palm uppermost.

Perform a Mawashi uke with the right hand (clockwise from your point of view).

 

Finish by making a small circle by brining the right and left hand up. Finish as in Gekisai Dai Ni.
