Step	Description	Notes
1	Attacker and defender both face each other in Yoi
2	Attacker steps back into Zenkutsu dachi
3	Attacker steps forward and punches oizuki gedan. Defender slides into shikodach and performs Gedan Barai	Attacker can be mai geri
4	Defender turns into Zenkutsu Dachi and punches Chudan Gyaku Zuki
5	Defender and attacker step back into chudan no kamae
6	Face each other in yoi
